It's almost that time. The back-to-school commercials are pushing products nobody really needs and promoting a gross amount of overconsumption. But hey, this type of shopping is the exact retail therapy we need to switch our soothing summer headspaces into ultimate study mode until the winter break that lies ahead. There's something cathartic about anticipating school; the promise of seeing our favorite friends and actually having something to wake up for can be exciting for some. Like picking out which outfits you're going to stunt in the first week of classes until it's back to pajama pants and a stained hoodie.
For the cold weather lovers, we're sure you are the most excited—what with the promise of pumpkin spice latte runs in the A.M. before your early bird lecture and aesthetic study dates at your local coffee shop (until your procrastination gets the best of you).
